 Cancellation Policy 

  • On or before August 5, 2026: Cancellations that are received in writing will receive a full refund of their payment. 
  • August 6-26, 2026: Cancellations that are received in writing between these dates will receive a 50 percent refund. 
  • August 27, 2026: There will be NO refunds for cancellations after this date. 
  • Non-attendance will be considered a cancellation on the day of the event; NO REFUND will be issued.
