Cancellation Policy:
- On or before August 14, 2025: Cancellations that are received in writing will receive a full refund of their payment.
- August 15 - 27, 2025: Cancellations that are received in writing between these dates will receive a 50 percent refund.
- August 28, 2025: There will be NO refunds for cancellations after this date.
- Non-attendance will be considered a cancellation on the day of the event; NO REFUND will be issued.
