The publication compares the Terms and Conditions of BMW, FCA US/Stellantis, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lucid, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Rivian, Scout Motors, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo.

Registration Fees:

Member Early Bird: $275 (Now - August 28, 2025)

Member Regular: $360 (August 29 - September 17, 2025)

Member On-site: $550 (September 18, 2025)

Non-Member: 

Non-Member Early Bird: $380 (Now - August 28, 2025)

Non-Member Regular: $460 (August 29 - September 17, 2025)

Non-Member On-site: $750 (September 18, 2025)

Cancellation Policy: 

  • On or before August 14, 2025: Cancellations that are received in writing will receive a full refund of their payment. 
  • August 15 - 27, 2025: Cancellations that are received in writing between these dates will receive a 50 percent refund. 
  • August 28, 2025: There will be NO refunds for cancellations after this date. 
  • Non-attendance will be considered a cancellation on the day of the event; NO REFUND will be issued.
