Butzel's white collar criminal defense team represents clients who receive subpoenas to testify before a grand jury because they are witnesses to, subjects of, or targets of a grand jury investigation. We work with state and federal prosecutors to strike a proper balance between a grand jury's need to have information and a witness's personal and financial interests.
