Automotive Industry Outlook and Navigating Financial Challenges as the COVID-19 Impact Continues Webinar

Thursday, September 3, 2020
12:00 - 1:30 pm

As the impact of the Pandemic lengthens, NASF and MINASF continue to offer relevant and informative information to help our industry navigate through these turbulent times.  COVID-19 has imposed serious financial challenges from suppliers who can’t supply to customers (some suppliers to others) who can’t pay or even survive. What are your rights and options?

Mike Wall - Director of Automotive Analysis, IHS Markit, will be presenting an outlook on the industry focusing on sales and production, as well as powertrain/technology trends. Mike will also provide an update on the impact the Coronavirus has had on the industry.

Max Newman - Shareholder, Butzel Long, will discuss the Small Business Reorganization Act (passed 2019 and modified this year) as well as traditional Chapter 11 and how these laws may impact your company, suppliers, and customers.

Beth Gotthelf - Shareholder, Butzel Long/MINASF General Counsel, will moderate the session.

The webinar will include an interactive Question & Answer period.
