Jordan D. Florian focuses his practice on Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He counsels and represents clients in areas ranging from Family, Business, Real Estate, to Construction Law in a variety of matters. Jordan is committed to delivering exceptional legal services while achieving outcomes that meet the needs of his clients. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and Indiana.

Overview

Jordan’s experience includes assisting clients with matters surrounding environmental issues including Environmental Law pertaining to real estate, estate planning, commercial contracts, general civil litigation, Municipal Law, and Administrative Law matters.

Mr. Florian is an Associate practicing in Butzel’s Southwest Michigan office. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at law firms in Northern and Southwestern Michigan. He clerked at an Indiana Circuit Court for the state’s longest-serving female judge.

Jordan received his juris doctor, cum laude, from Valparaiso Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Ecology and Management, specializing in Wetland Science, from Louisiana State University.
