List of Visiting Medical Marijuana Patients Allowed to Purchase from a Michigan Provisioning Center

A provisioning center can sell to a patient from out of state only if they have a valid identification card or registration certificate along with a valid driver’s license or government identification card. 

The following states have issue valid identification or registration certificates and are eligible to purchase from a Michigan provisioning center:

  • Alaska
  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • California
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Florida
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Maine
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Minnesota
  • Montana
  • Nevada
  • New Hampshire
  • New Jersey
  • New Mexico
  • New York
  • North Dakota
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • Oregon
  • Pennsylvania
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Washington
  • Washington DC

Although Missouri, West Virginia and Utah have medical marijuana patients, no identification cards or registration certificates have been issued yet and are unable to purchase.
