Overview
Ms. Fleming has a depth of experience in first-party auto no-fault, third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, and defending insurers under the Michigan Assigned Claims Plan. In addition to civil litigation, Ms. Fleming has experience in Criminal Law as she completed an internship at the office of the Genesee County Prosecutor.
Catherine graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, she was involved with the Veterans Law Clinic, Women’s Law Caucus, and was Vice President of the Federalist Society. She is also a graduate of Michigan State University’s James Madison College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and Criminal Justice.
Ms. Fleming is an Associate attorney practicing in Butzel’s Lansing office. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Insurance and Indemnity Law, Negligence Law, and Young Lawyers Sections.
