Butzel Hosts April 14 Webinar – Are You Ready for Kamax?
DETROIT, Mich. – The Michigan Supreme Court will soon decide Kamax v. FCA, which will squarely address whether several contractual quantity terms used by many buyers in the automotive supply chain create a requirements contract. A great deal is at stake in Kamax and prudent buyers and sellers will want to prepare for the decision, rather than react to it.
Butzel is hosting a free 60-minute webinar from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, which will focus on the practical implications of the decision and steps to consider, or take, in advance of the decision, whether you are a buyer or a seller.
