Butzel Adds Attorney in Firm’s St. Joseph Office
ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Butzel recently added attorney Gabriella Reihanian Havlicek as an Associate in the firm’s St. Joseph office. She has an extensive background in litigation, mediation, and public policy.
Combining her experience as a negotiator and a trial attorney, Havlicek handles high-conflict disputes, civil mediation, and domestic relations cases. Known for her resolve as a litigator and her practical approach, she listens closely to the unique needs of each individual client to develop tailored legal strategies while advocating for their interests. Havlicek’s commitment to thoughtful, effective solutions ensures that clients receive skilled representation along with compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
Prior to joining Butzel, Havlicek practiced at a Michigan firm where she handled a variety of litigation and family mediation matters. She has served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Berrien County Prosecutor's Office and held several roles at the Michigan House of Representatives.
Outside of the courtroom, Havlicek has leadership roles in several local organizations. She serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Citizen’s Mediation Services, Trustee of the Lake Michigan Catholic School Fund, and is a committee member of the Our Lady of the Lake Dr. John Proos Laker Athletic Golf Classic.
Havlicek earned a J.D. from Cooley Law School, cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science Pre-Law from Michigan State University, where she was the co-founder and President of Kappa Alpha Pi. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Berrien County Bar Association, and Cass County Bar Association.
