Teresa oversees the firm’s Billing Department, leads the Accounting - New Matter Intake Process, and manages the Accounts Payable Department—ensuring seamless financial operations across all the firm’s office locations in Michigan and Washington, DC.
A longtime champion of innovation and efficiency, Teresa led the charge for the firm’s transition to paperless workflows and continues to spearhead optimizing accounting processes to support firmwide productivity. Her leadership extends beyond operations; she provides strategic guidance to support staff and conducts training on the firm’s accounting software, fostering consistency and confidence across teams.
Teresa is located in the firm’s Troy office. As a crucial member of the Accounting Team, she collaborates daily with team members, staff, and attorneys throughout the firm. Teresa also serves as a member of Butzel’s Technology Committee. Her deep institutional knowledge, proactive mindset, and passion for service make her a trusted leader and a vital contributor to the firm’s continued success.
