Prior to her role at Butzel, Pauline led the Accounts Receivable Team at a global law firm in Southeast Michigan. She spearheaded policy development, oversaw nationwide operations, and implemented procedures that improved efficiency in payment applications, client communications, and attorney accountability in accounting. Her firsthand knowledge of collections law enables her to guide clients through financial options and provide critical accounting documentation in court hearings, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
Pauline Ciesielski is located in Butzel’s Troy office. She is a key member of the firm’s Accounting Department, collaborating daily with her departmental colleagues and attorneys and staff throughout the firm’s offices in Michigan and Washington, DC.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Pauline finds joy in spending time with her family and embracing the tranquility of nature. She has a passion for reading, writing, cooking, hunting, and working on cars—interests that reflect her multifaceted personality and drive for accuracy and creativity.
