Overview
Kennedy Robinson is a rising 3L at Wayne State Law School where she serves as a Governor at Large on the Student Bar Association’s Student Board of Governors. She is also a Junior Member of the Wayne Law Moot Court team, the Professional Development Chair for the Black Law Student Association, and a member of The Advocate student newspaper. Kennedy competed in the Taft Transactional Law Competition, where her team received third overall. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications, with honors, from Michigan State University in 2023.
Kennedy previously worked as a Summer Associate at Butzel Long in 2025 and subsequently served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Terrence G. Berg at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In this role, she conducted legal research on federal procedural law and observed and analyzed courtroom proceedings.
Outside of law school, Kennedy enjoys going to new museum exhibits, watching movies, and playing with her many pets.
