Ms. Carl has over 18 years of experience in employment-based and family-based immigration. She has extensive experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including H-1B (Professionals), L-1 (Intracompany Transferees), E-2 (Treaty Trader/Investor), TN (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement), immigrant petitions for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories, immigrant petitions for alien relative, applications for employment-based and family-based adjustment of status/immigrant visa consular processing, nonimmigrant visa applications, applications for naturalization, and outbound visa processing for work, business, and tourist visas.
Ms. Carl has volunteered for the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and is a long-term volunteer at a local animal shelter. She is also a Notary Public registered in Macomb County, Michigan.
