Josephine M. Parrinello focuses her practice on estate and business succession planning, probate and trust administration, fiduciary tax matters, and probate and trust litigation. She counsels clients in a variety of administration of estate and trust proceedings.

She counsels clients through the full spectrum of estate and trust proceedings, providing informed guidance and dedicated advocacy to help protect and carry out their personal and business objectives.

Ms. Parrinello received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Oakland University and her juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Legal Extern with the National Labor Relations Board. She also served as a Legal Intern while in law school, with a full-service law firm focused on Michigan no-fault law, personal injury, and family law. During her time at Oakland University, Ms. Parrinello was involved in the Alpha Lamba Delta Honor Society, Women In Business Student Organization as President, and was a Phi Sigma Sigma chapter member.

After law school, Ms. Parrinello continued to broaden the scope of her practice while working at a firm focused on estate planning. She handled matters including not only estate planning, but also family law and civil litigation matters.
