Butzel is pleased to announce that Cameron Jajonie has joined the firm as a Summer Associate in the Detroit Office.

Overview

Cameron is a first year law student pursuing a Juris Doctor at Wayne State University Law School. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a minor in Business Law.

Prior to entering law school, Cameron worked as a law clerk for four years at a firm specializing in Immigration Law. In this role, he conducted legal research, drafted memorandums, and assisted attorneys in federal court hearings. 

Beyond academics, Cameron actively participates in various organizations at Wayne State University Law School. He is the Founder and President of the Chaldean American Law Student Association, President of the Catholic Law Society, and an Executive Board Member of the Business Law Society.   

Outside of law school, Cameron loves to spend time with his family and is also dedicated to serving as a volunteer. He helps lead a high school youth group program at his church and also regularly volunteers with special needs kids. He particularly enjoys playing sports and video games with his twin brother, who has Autism.
