Overview
Anna Hansen is a Paralegal in Butzel’s Estate and Succession Planning Department and located in the firm’s Troy office. Ms. Hansen has considerable experience with a focus on Estate Planning and Probate Estates. Her experience includes drafting estate planning documents, assisting families in guardian/conservatorship matters, and estate and trust administration including opening estates in probate court and trust litigation. Anna works closely with the client to assist with the sale of a residence in an estate coordinating clean out, working with contractors for home improvements, and listing the residence.
Ms. Hansen received her Associate of Applied Science/Legal Assistant from Macomb Community College. She served as a Legal Intern at the Macomb County Circuit Court and the 42-1 Judicial District Court in Macomb County.
