DETROIT, Mich. – Butzel Long attorneys Gary W. Klotz and Francyne B. Stacey will be featured speakers during the American Society of Employers (ASE) Inaugural Employment Law Workshop on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Schoolcraft College in Livonia. Butzel Long is a sponsor of the program.

Mr. Klotz will be featured during a luncheon “Ask the Lawyers” panel presentation on employee relations topics. Ms. Stacey will present a session titled, “The Bermuda Triangle – The Interplay Between the ADA, Workers’ Compensation and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).” This session will go over the basics of the ADA, Workers’ Compensation and FMLA and how they overlap. Participants will work through a series of scenarios that will help them identify issues that arise if and when one or more of these laws apply.
