The End of IEEPA Tariffs: How to Seek Refunds and Plan for New Tariffs

On Friday, February 20, 2026, the US Supreme Court held that the International Economic Emergency Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize the President to impose tariffs, and the President terminated the IEEPA tariffs.
