Attorneys featured recently during OESA conference

DETROIT, Mich. – Butzel Long and the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) recently presented a conference to discuss OEM terms and conditions and commercial issues in light of the current industry and economic climate.

The program featured Butzel Long attorneys Bert Donovan, John Benko, Jim Bruno, Pat Dreisig, Sheldon Klein, Bill Kohler, Max Newman, Dan Rustmann and Barry Seidel. Mr. Donovan provided an overview on the Comparative Analysis including changes from 2008. In addition, the team of Butzel Long attorneys discussed commercial and economic issues.

The meeting coincided with the update of the "OESA N.A. OEM Production P.O. Terms and Conditions Comparative Analysis" for 2009. Butzel Long attorneys worked with OESA to develop the Comparative Analysis, which compares terms and conditions of BMW, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, and VW, as well as "OESA Model Terms and Conditions."
