McMullan will be featured speakers during the Fourth Annual Walsh Institute HR Summit from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Walsh College’s Troy campus. During the HR and management education program, Ms. Davies will address the most recent trends in employment litigation and enforcement actions by the various administrative agencies. Ms. McMullan will discuss practical ideas to improve the morale in the workplace while staying in compliance with the law. Mr. Theros will discuss Michigan’s “right-to-work” laws and how they may impact both union and non-union employers.

Ms. Davies concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. Shanta S.W. McMullan
Ms. McMullan concentrates her practice in labor and employment law. She represents employers in judicial and administrative proceedings, and provides employment counseling regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws (including FMLA, FLSA, ADA and Title VII).
Louis Theros has more than 20 years of experience in labor and employment law. He concentrates his legal practice in the areas of employment litigation, labor, advising and counseling clients on statutory employment compliance and gaming law.
