The distinguished panel will discuss the latest trends in White Collar Crime related to SEC investigations, bankruptcy filings, pre-transaction disclosure requirements, regulatory changes with the new administration, and the latest headlines related to corporate fraud. The event is presented by Financial Executives International – Detroit chapter and the American Association of Corporate Counsel – Michigan chapter.
