Overview
Allan Nachman is Counsel to Butzel Long, practicing in the firm's Troy office. He received his B.A. in 1960 and his J.D. in 1963 from The University of Michigan Law School. He has been a frequent lecturer at Institute of Continuing Legal Education seminars and has lectured at Michigan State Bar Real Property Law Section Homeward Bound Seminars. Mr. Nachman has been an investigator for the State Bar Grievance Board as well as a member of the Panel of Construction Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Nachman practices real property law specializing in commercial, industrial, office, multi-family, shopping center, mobile home park and residential properties, mortgage lending through representation of borrowers and institutional lenders, leasing of offices, shopping centers and industrial properties, and representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and subdivision developers.
Mr. Nachman is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, a member of the Real Property Law Section and Committees on Mortgage Financing and Commercial Leasing of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
