She has experience with general employment litigation, large-scale document review and production, discovery, and pre-trial preparation. She assists attorneys from the start of litigation with background investigations, compilation, and review of client data, through the discovery process, depositions, and at the end of litigation with pre-trial preparation and or settlement.

She also has extensive experience in the facilitation of consumer bankruptcy filings for Chapter 7, 13, and 11. She has assisted attorneys in the filing of more than 200 consumer bankruptcy cases, and the monitoring of filings through to receiving discharge and or plan approval. Ms. Smith also has experience with assisting attorneys in resolving individual client tax obligations and settlement.

Ms. Smith is a Michigan notary public. She has experience with the data management application, Relativity.
