Alcitepe developed materials and taught a construction contract course from April 2-6, 2018 at the International Law Institute (ILI) in Washington, D.C. The ILI is a leading provider of training and technical assistance in international law, international economics and other aspects of international relations.
During the course, the FIDIC Red book was closely analyzed. The seminar also discussed dispute resolution clauses in FIDIC contracts. It concluded with an interactive FIDIC contract negotiation.
