Mr. Wynne specializes in defending companies from attack by lawsuit. He’s a jury trial expert having tried dozens of lawsuits to juries in numerous states all across the country. Usually the lawsuits are enterprise-threatening, whether commercial or personal in character.  His earliest trials were from the plaintiffs’ side and he relishes the occasional opportunity to secure plaintiff verdicts in just causes.
