Examples of the types of transactions he has participated in include the following: $61 million tender offer and merger of public companies; underwriter’s counsel in $87 million IPO; underwriter’s counsel in $59 million common stock offering; buyer’s and seller’s counsel in acquisitions and dispositions in excess of $200 million.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. Prior to beginning his law career, he spent ten years in the publishing industry. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of the Cranbrook Academy of Art and past President of the Library of Michigan Foundation. He is a former Chairperson (2010-2011), Treasurer, Secretary, Vice-Chair and Publications Director of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and serves on the Business Law Section Council. He is a graduate of Leadership Oakland.
