E. Dale Wilson is a shareholder based in Butzel Long’s Bloomfield Hills office. He is a graduate of University of Detroit School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1999) and Yale University (B.A., 1993).
Mr. Wilson concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial lending, real estate and transactions and commercial law and transactions.
Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, including Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and Security Interests Sections, and the Oakland County Bar Association. Mr. Wilson speaks and presents on Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
