Frank B. Vecchio, counsel and former member of Butzel Long’s Board of Directors, practices in the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit and obtained his J.D., cum laude, in 1962 from Wayne State University.
Mr. Vecchio's practice includes a wide variety of international business and corporate matters, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and financing. He acts as general counsel to a number of clients that have chosen not to maintain their own legal departments. Mr. Vecchio acts as an advisor to clients in their overall corporate and business strategies.
Mr. Vecchio has extensive experience representing automotive component manufacturers in all aspects of their business and operations, including research, development, commercialization of products and services, financing, structuring entities, and other related activities. He has a multi-national client base, focusing on clients in Germany and France.
