Negotiated price reduction of mortgage loan balances and sales of shopping center properties

After negotiating and successfully reducing the price of the mortgage loan balance by $800,000 on limited partnership client's shopping center property, we completed the sale two months later for $400,000 more than the client owed on their mortgage.
