Successfully defended manufacturing company in two different lawsuits filed by another automotive company. Plaintiff filed a motion for preliminary injunction in the Circuit Court seeking to compel our client to resume shipping seating mechanisms for the world's largest automotive program. After a short hearing, the Court refused to enter an injunction, and Plaintiff eventually paid the majority of Defendant's original demand.
