Andreas Seidel is a Global Trade Advisor in Butzel Long’s Detroit office. He is responsible for consulting with U.S. companies entering the German/European market and German/European companies entering the North American market. Mr. Seidel also assists clients in the retention of German citizenship.
During his law studies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen, Nürnberg, Mr. Seidel worked as a Trainee Lawyer/Intern for Siemens AG in Erlangen, Germany and Continental Automotive, Inc. in Auburn Hills, Michigan. After his First State Exam he worked for the Nürnberg District Court and two regional law firms as a Trainee Lawyer.
Mr. Seidel is a licensed attorney in Germany, which allows him to represent clients within the European Union. He is currently pursuing his J.D. studies at Wayne State University Law School. He is a native German speaker and fluent in English.
