We successfully opposed a motion for summary judgment that ultimately resulted in favorable settlement negotiations. The questions presented in this case involved under what circumstances a supplier is entitled to recover research-and-development costs. This case also allowed the Eastern District to clarify the law with regard to diversity jurisdiction.
