His experience includes numerous arbitrations of disputes and litigation in the state and federal courts of Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and Colorado. Disputes have involved amounts ranging from $100,000 to $35 million.
Mr. Schultz is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1977), where he was Editor-in-Chief, Law Review, 1977, and an honors graduate of Wayne State University (B.S., 1970)
