Representing MITA as a constituent member of the Michigan Damage Prevention Board, in the ongoing re-write of Michigan's underground utility locating act, commonly known as the MISS DIG Act

The Michigan Damage Prevention board is a broad based coalition of the construction industry and every major public utility providing utility services within the state of Michigan.  The MISS DIG Act controls the identification and marking of underground utilities anywhere in the State of Michigan for any excavation using powered equipment
