Prepared an administrative appeal and concurrently prepared the suit for immediate injuctive relief; our efforts were successful in preventing an award of the $14 million contract to the second bidder

Our contractor client was the low bidder on a $14 million new taxiway project at a large metropolitan airport.  The bid requirements included a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation percentage which the client could not meet.  We pursued an appeal of the adverse decision and were successful in preventing an award of the contract to the second bidder.
