Represented and obtained the acquittal after a three-month trial of a District Manager defendant in one of the nation's largest ever health care fraud cases in Boston, Massachusetts in which 11 employees of a major pharmaceutical manufacturer were indicted for conspiring to violate the Anti-Kickback Statute
