Mr. Klein’s antitrust class action litigations experience includes representation of:
- A major hospital system, in Cason-Merendo et al v. Detroit Medical Center, an antitrust class action alleging a conspiracy by area hospital systems to suppress nurse compensation.
- A major hospital system in City of Pontiac v. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, an antitrust class action alleging a conspiracy between numerous hospitals and BCBSM to inflate reimbursement rates.
- An automotive supplier in In Re Polyurethane Foam Antitrust Litigation, an antitrust class action alleging a price-fixing conspiracy.
- A real estate multi-list service (MLS) in an antitrust enforcement proceeding and civil suit alleging a conspiracy to deny low cost brokers access to the MLS.
- A large name brand pharmaceutical manufacturer in Wood v. Abbott Laboratories, an indirect purchaser name brand prescription drug antitrust class action alleging that name brand pharmaceutical companies overcharged Michigan retail pharmacists, which overcharges were passed on to consumers and payors.

- Whitesell Corporation v. Whirlpool Corporation, a breach of contract suit on behalf of a supplier for breach of a long term requirements contract, resulting in a jury verdict in excess of $26 million.
- Johnson Controls, Inc. v. Jay Industries, Inc., a breach of contract suit on behalf of a buyer to recover overcharges, resulting in a jury verdict in excess of $5 million.
