Thomas A. Kabel is a shareholder based in Butzel Long’s Bloomfield Hills office, practicing in the area of real estate law. He is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1999), where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Wayne Law Review, and Grand Valley State University (B.S. 1995).
Prior to joining Butzel Long, Mr. Kabel represented corporate clients in various corporate real estate and commercial leasing matters as an associate in a leading Bloomfield Hills law firm.
Mr. Kabel has substantial experience in the negotiation of a wide variety of commercial leases and subleases, including retail, residential, office, single tenant, and ground leases. He has also been involved in various facets of acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of real property.
