Jeffrey L. Howard practices real estate, partnership, and finance law. Mr. Howard has years of experience in complex leasing transactions; property acquisition and disposition; land use matters with particular emphasis on use permitting and site plan approval; development, including construction contracts, construction, bridge and permanent mortgage financing; formation and structure of partnerships and similar entities for real estate investments and development purposes.
Prior to joining Butzel, Mr. Howard was a founding shareholder at Seyburn, Kahn, Ginn, Bess and Serlin, P.C.
