Debra A. Geroux is an associate practicing in the firm’s Lansing office. She is a graduate of the Detroit College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1995) where she was a member and managing editor of the Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 1988. Ms. Geroux currently serves as the Immediate Past President and Parliamentarian of the Michigan State University & Detroit College of Law Alumni Association Board.
Ms. Geroux’s practice is primarily in healthcare law and has represented a number of health care organizations and providers in areas including state and federal debarment, NPDB-HIPDB issues, fraud and abuse litigation (both criminal and civil), licensing, health care corporate compliance and related issues, and a variety of other health care law issues. In 2005, she was appointed a Special Attorney General to represent the Michigan Public Service Commission in its appellate matters.

She is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
