Learning & Development

Butzel Long is dedicated to developing paralegals and providing the opportunities and tools for success with the Firm. Learning and Development provides a customized technology training program for paralegals. This is accomplished through a blended approach of classroom, online and one-on-one learning opportunities.  Each member of the Learning and Development team is an expert in a particular set of skills, providing a high quality learning environment.  Learning and Development works closely with the Paralegal Committee to provide technology training and support.
