Her experience also includes preparation of patent opinions and freedom to practice analysis, license and non-disclosure agreements, and preparation and prosecution of trademarks and copyrights.

Ms. Bunting’s extensive automotive background includes working with Chrysler Corporation as staff attorney, vehicle emissions and fuel economy regulatory specialist, and product design and development engineer for engines and engine controls. She served as an expert witness for Chrysler in the area of throttle and speed controls.
Ms. Bunting is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Michigan, the United States Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the Michigan Patent Law Association and former officer of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
