Richard Brosnick serves on the firm's Board of Directors and concentrates his practice in the areas of financial services and securities litigation, antitrust litigation and counseling, commercial contract litigation, white collar crime, intellectual property and employment law.
He has successfully represented a broad range of U.S. and international clients in a wide variety of commercial litigations involving a wide variety of industries, including financial services, high tech, medical equipment, industrials, pharmaceuticals, software, electronics, telecommunications, and retail.
Prior to joining the New York office of Butzel Long, Mr. Brosnick was associated with the law firms of Heller Ehrman LLP, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and Chadbourne & Parke LLP.
Mr. Brosnick is fluent in Spanish and was a Professor of English at Colegios-Liceo Anglo/Espanol in Madrid, Spain during 1992 and 1993.
